By Law, New Jersey drivers who take and complete a six hour defensive driving course (DDC) can save 5% on their vehicle insurance for THREE YEARS and may reduce up to TWO TRAFFIC VIOLATOR POINTS on their driving record.  Garden State Safety Council (GSSC) is a non-profit safety education organization.  GSSC's extensive research sets it apart from all other sponsor's and documents both a reduction in vehicle accidents and traffic citations for the highest overall effective rate in driver safety education.  as an approved sponsor GSSC's defensive driving course is recognized by all New Jersey's insurance companies.
